TV P&C: Week of 4/25/2011

Due This Week-
1) Underclassmen:
- Full Script of Cyberbullying Video due Thursday (grade)
- Videotaping to begin on Friday.  (grade)

2) Seniors Only Video:
- Scripts & Ideas due Thursday from EACH Senior must be emailed to me or shared with me on Google Docs (grade). Be creative & positive with this video. This should be a fun experience. Video should be completed and ready for upload on 5/12/2011. 
- Videotaping to begin on Friday  (grade)

3) Blue Devil Nation May/June Video:
- Scripts & Ideas from EACH student is due on 5/2/2011 (grade).
- Videotaping will begin that week.  (grade)

Computers II - Week of 4/25

Remember that Technology Blog Postings are due 4/29/2011 this week.

Podcasting Unit:


Make sure Audacity & iTunes are installed on your laptop. If not, please download and install Audacity from here.

To create your Podcast:
1) Create a folder in My Documents with your initials
2) Now, you must create a test recording. Begin with a 15-20 second recording, introducing yourself, family, likes/dislikes, etc.
Make sure the recording levels are moving. Amplify if you have to.
3) Once down, export as a .WAV file and save it as sample to your folder. Name the file: YOURINITIALS_SAMPLE
4) Download and install iTunes if you already don't have it and import your file to the library
5) Confirm it plays
